Welcome to the Red Squirrel Brewery

Red Squirrel Brewery is a 10-barrel hand-crafted micro-brewery based in Hertford in Hertfordshire, set up by Gary Hayward in 2004. The Red Squirrel mission is to produce traditional and speciality beers from around the world of the highest quality. Gary uses his expertise of 20 years as a scientist, process engineer, space engineering, and studying brewing at university, to perfect Red Squirrel's processes and recopies. Gary only uses the highest quality ingredients available, and has perfected the brewing processes over the years, never sitting back saying that OK will do. Only perfection in processes and materials and nothing else.

Red Squirrel Brewery produces only the finest quality cask-conditioned beers and highly acclaimed bottled-conditioned ales.
